How to learn more about your billing history, billing cycle, anticipated payments, and cancelling your subscription.

If you have questions or concerns about your subscription, billing history, or billing cycle email us anytime at info@slpnerdcast.com.  You can also learn more about billing history, billing cycle, anticipated payments, and subscriptions in your customer account at www.courses.slpnerdcast.com.  To learn more about your billing cycle and history: 


1. Sign in to SLP Nerdcast Account.  There are two ways to access your account: through the menu on the top of the page, or through your SLP Nerdcast Dashboard

2.  Once you are in your account, select “billing” on the left hand menu

3. Information about your billing history, billing cycle, or your next payment is listed at the bottom of your billing portal:

4. To cancel your subscription at anytime, click “Cancel” under “subscriptions”
