Amit Bajaj
Dr. Amit Bajaj is a teacher, researcher, and clinician whose areas of expertise are fluency disorders and speech science. Having taught a diverse set of foundational and clinical courses for over 20 years, he has now moved more into online teaching, where he has developed three courses in Emerson College’s recent online graduate program in speech-language pathology. As a person who stutters, he infuses an experiential component into the academic and clinical content in the graduate course in stuttering. Coming from a diverse academic background, Amit draws upon varied influences to make connections across linguistics, psychology, and communication disorders to better understand the “principles behind the practices.
Speech and Language Pathologist, Board Certified Behavior Analyst Kate Grandbois
Kate is a dually certified SLP / BCBA with 13 years of clinical experience working in private practice, outpatient clinics, outpatient hospital settings, and consulting to private schools and legal teams. She specializes in augmentative alternative communication, autism and associated disorders, language development, and integrating AAC into the educational/vocational programming of persons with behavioral needs.
