Great
I loved this course so much! I was also a CrossFit coach (until the past year) and have loved seeing the benefit it gains people. I like that the presenter has been able to combine SLP and CrossFit/Fitness to help support her clients.

Fitness for Functional Neurorecovery
This was incredible. I recently went back to CrossFit and am using it to build stamina for a disorder I have been diagnosed with. This was perfect for me to hear but also gave me some ideas for students

Movement in sessions is imperative!
This course will activate your imagination about ways you can incorporate movement into your therapy sessions across settings and populations. It will do so by providing an excellent framework for how and why movement improves and primes our cognitive growth. Listen, take notes, and think creatively. Your future self, patients and colleagues will thank you.
