Krista Covell-Pierson, OTR/L, BCB-PMD owns an innovative private-practice titled Covell Care and Rehabilitation which aims to help clients of all ages become safer, more independent and engaged in their home and community through a unique, one-of-a-kind model. Krista developed this model from the ground up and it allows clients to access OT, PT, SLP, Driving Rehabilitation, Pelvic Health Therapy, Fitness Instructors, Care Management, Counseling and Massage Therapy in their home and community settings. Krista is an expert in issues related to aging adults and has extensive experience working in the home setting and helping clients reintegrate into the community. Graduating from Colorado State University with degrees in Social Work and Occupational Therapy, she is also board certified in biofeedback for pelvic muscle dysfunction. In addition to her clinical experience, Krista is also an established busines woman, with many of the lessons she has learned being from self-teaching and being willing to stretch herself beyond a practitioner to an entrepreneur. Krista is the former president of the Occupational Therapy Association of Colorado and has been a speaker at the association's annual conference for pelvic health and entrepreneurship. She speaks regularly at community events, senior centers, health fairs and for professional organizations. In addition to her deep passion of working with her clients, Krista enjoys providing coaching services to therapists to assist in development of their own private practices, cultivate their passions and thrive in their careers.

Kate and Amy are co-founders of SLP Nerdcast. Kate is a dually certified SLP / BCBA who works primarily as an "AAC Specialist." She owns a private practice with a focus on interdisciplinary collaboration, augmentative alternative communication intervention and assessment, and consultation. Amy is an SLP who also works as an "AAC Specialist" in a public school setting. Amy's primary interests are AAC, typical language development, motor speech, phonology, data collection, collaboration, coaching, and communication partner training and support.
